Casa Nieves SANTIAGO DE CUBA

La Casa Nieves is located 50 m from the central park (Parque Céspedes) of the city, in the heart of Santiago de Cuba, and is surrounded by the Cathedral, the City Hall and the Casa Granda hotel. Nearby are the Diego Velázquez, Emilio Bacardí, Rum Museum and Carnival Museum, as well as the Trova and Music Houses, and for a variety of restaurants, cafes, clubs, shops and markets. The House is located parallel to Enramadas Street, the main artery of the city, which begins in Plaza de Marte park and ends in Paseo la Alameda, in front of the boardwalk and bay of Santiago de Cuba.

There is an official park 50 meters from the House, with 24/7 custodians.

The house dates from 1935, with a neocolonial style. It is made of masonry and a high-strut roof.

Two air-conditioned rooms with private bathroom and capacity for up to 3 people per room are rented. There is a balcony facing Aguilera street from where you can see the parades of the Caribbean Festival and all the events that take place in front of Parque Céspedes, in the City Hall of the city.
